Infuse your spirits without chemicals, preservatives, or high fructose corn syrups. These delicious infusion jars are created using freeze-dried fruits, herbs, and bitter-infused sugar cubes. All you have to do is add the alcohol!   


The Fast Way: Pour suggested alcohol into a pot on the stove and heat until hot, but DO NOT BOIL. Carefully pour hot spirit into jar over infusion ingredients. Put the lid on tightly, shake well, let cool (usually about 30 minutes), strain, and enjoy!

The Slow Way: Add suggested alcohol to your jar and let it steep for 5-7 days. Give it a good shake and taste, and when it’s to your liking, strain and enjoy!


** In our opinion,  a lot of them can be flexible- the gin ones go well with vodka, and vice versa.  And the bourbon ones can go well with a dark rum.
