Orders will ship within 2-3 business days via USPS or UPS, shipping times will then depend on distance.  Shipping fees are calculated by weight.

Your order is ALWAYS shipped insured, and if there are any problems with it, please contact the shipping provider (usually USPS or UPS). You can submit a claim with them but Alair can't replace items damaged in transit-  we are a small operation here and that's why we pay for insurance when shipping. 

We are also unable to pay for return labels if an online purchase needs to be returned, sorry guys! Please see our return policy for further details.
